We work with each of our craftsmen to determine cost for every aspect of the home, and we deliver a fair fixed price.

All relevant approvals are organized, so the site is ready to be built on. Final selections and specifications are made.

Communication is clear throughout the build via our online portal (where you can see daily logs and photos), onsite meetings are held, phone calls, text messages and emails occur so no detail is missed.

Your new home is complete and ready for move in! We’ll come back anytime to fix any concerns, and will hold a 3 month inspection to ensure all is well.
