Hi, I'm Robert Lund
I started out in the construction industry working for a large production builder. They had me running from job to job, ensuring things were running smoothly. As we worked together I noticed they were constantly looking for ways to save a penny, often not treating sub contractors well and cutting corners where they could get away with it. It was hard for me to watch.
So I decided to take a leap of faith and begin my own building company. One that cared for it’s customers and subcontractors alike, and worked hard to establish quality building practices.
Since then we’ve been blessed to work with many wonderful people, and are excited to help more people get into their dream homes. I’ve always loved the process of building a home, but my favorite part is seeing my clients get into the home they’ve always wanted to live in.

Growing up Chad always enjoyed watching his father build houses. He liked to go to the jobsites and see the progress being made, and especially loved the smell of a freshly framed house.
After college Chad decided to go back to his roots, and learn the process of building a custom home in detail from his Dad. He learned to love the process and went full time with Haven Homes in 2021. Since then they’ve worked together to build beautiful homes and have formed a working partnership in the company.
