Established in the Spring of 2001,  Haven Homes has completed more than 75 projects, ranging from basements and starter homes to incredibly detailed, million dollar plus custom homes. Haven Homes has also constructed a number of commercial tenant improvements in addition to the completion of a 13,000+ square foot commercial building. We are currently specializing in a wide-range of custom homes from traditional to farm style to modern. We have a reputation of personal service, excellent communication, fantastic quality, and an extremely fair pricing structure.

Rob Lund is the founder and president of Haven Homes and has over 23 years of experience building homes and commercial projects. While working for others, Rob was involved in the construction of several hundred homes.  Always intrigued with building, he entered the business as a painter and construction laborer during the summers of high school and university as he earned his Business Management degree from BYU.

 

He started his full time employment in construction as an assistant superintendent shortly out of college.  He quickly moved to superintendent and then on to director of construction.

Rob grew frustrated with the culture of cutting costs at the expense of quality and the over pricing of options so prevalent among bigger builders. He also found it difficult to be on the short end of communication that often didn’t happen between sales, purchasing and construction. In addition, he felt strongly that homebuyers should have more say in determining custom touches to their homes. He decided the best way to have control over those things was to start his own custom home building company, and Haven Homes was born.
